People with Early Symptoms
A revised version of the family handbook has now been published. Called ‘Living with Huntington’s disease: A guide to the early stages’. It is available from the National Office at a cost of £4.50. You can also download 'Living with Huntington's Disease: A Guide to the Early Stages' from the web site for free. It takes a much more practical and positive approach developed with the help of family members. We hope that it will be a useful addition to our range of literature. |
Young People and Huntingtons Disease
The Scottish Huntingtons Association official website contains a special link to a site specifically designed for young people living in a family with Huntingtons Disease. |
 |
There are Young People from all over Scotland who use the Youth Project offered by the association and many of you are keen to meet others in the same situation. There are details of group activities via a noticeboard on the site and through a chatroom and discussion board. Young can meet and talk with other young people living in a family with HD. |
