Services provided by the SHA


The Association operates nine Specialist HD Services throughout Scotland that provide support to families whose lives have been touched by Huntington's Disease. Our team of experienced HD Specialists can help in a number of ways:

  • Specialist assessment of the needs of people who have Huntington's Disease
  • Information & advice about Huntington's Disease
  • Advice about the management of Huntington's Disease
  • Help to get benefits you may be entitled
  • Emotional support & counseling
  • Advocacy
